Using an Image for a Letterhead in a Word Document

The easiest way to put an image into a Word document as a letterhead* which spans the top of the page and have it resize automatically is to do the following:
 
  1. Save the desired page header/logo image in an easy to access location,
  2. Open Word on your computer,
  3. Go up to the toolbar at the top of the screen and click on the View menu,
