Teacher's Aides - Management and Communication Procedure

Teacher's Aides are employed to assist teachers to deliver the appropriate individual and corporate education of the students in the teacher's class.
Teacher's Aides take direction from the teacher in the classroom that the lesson they are supporting takes place. As a group Teacher Aides are under the supervision of the appropriate Head of School.
Communicating Concerns
If a Teacher's Aide has a concern beyond what the immediate class teacher can deal with, the Teacher Aide needs to express it to the Head of School, but teachers in satellites may need to help them arrange to do this.
Heads of School will refer serious issues to their Line Manager, who may in turn need to refer it to the Principal.
If teachers have concerns about Teacher's Aides, they should express these concerns to the Head of School in the first instance, who will then decide whether to escalate this or not.
